World Book Day
On Friday, at the end of what had been an incredibly busy week (see below!), we celebrated World Book Day. In keeping with our newly opened library, our dress-up theme was all things related to the sea. It was great that so many children and staff got into the spirit. Thank you very much to those parents, carers and grandparents who had made such an effort with their child's costume. Throughout school, we had fun with Book Day activities, carrying out a book swap and setting the bell to 'Drop Everything And Read'.
