Today Key Stage One, lots of school staff, and some very helpful parent (and grandparent!) volunteers travelled to Robin Hood's Bay. The day could not really have gone any better! Everyone had an absolutely fantastic time and the sun shone all day. We played in the adventure playground and enjoyed fish and chips from the shop at the top of the hill. The children were very excited by the fossil shop, and many bought souvenirs to take home. We also had lots of fun investigating rock pools, looking for crabs and collecting shells.
The children's behaviour was exemplary throughout and everyone went home with a smile on their face. What a great day!
