Inspire Event Success
This year we have started to run some ‘Inspire’ events. These events give children the opportunity to invite a parent or grandparent into school to work alongside them on a piece of work, with emphasis on collaboration. This term’s theme has been ‘Art’. If children are unable to bring a grown-up, we always pair them up with another adult or child, so don’t worry if you have been unable to attend!
These events also give parents an opportunity to find out a little more about how things work at Strawberry Fields and to see their child working in the school setting.
The events so far have been with the Year 5 and 6 classes and have been very well attended and successful. The children (and adults!) have produced some high-quality artwork. Thank you to any parents/grandparents who have attended so far. Next half-term’s Inspire events will be with Years 1 and 2.
