School uniform is important in giving the children a sense of identification and pride in their school community.
Our uniform consists of blue skirts, trousers or jogging bottoms, white shirts or polo shirts and red jumpers, cardigans or sweatshirts. Tops embroidered with the school logo can be bought from the SPT Uniform Shop or Tesco On-line (see information below) however, we are happy for the children to wear uniform purchased from other outlets as long they are in school colours.
For PE we ask that children wear plain light coloured tops and plain dark bottoms. Please ensure that children do not wear designer sportswear and football kits for school.
The school policy for jewellery is that one pair of stud earrings may be worn. These should be removed or covered for PE. A watch is the only other item of jewellery that is permitted.
Here are samples of school uniform with the Strawberry Fields logo. You can order directly from the School Partnership Trust website (link at the bottom of the page) or from the shop on Main Street in Garforth. Details of shop opening times, prices etc are available at the school office if required or by ringing the shop on 0113 232011.
We are now able to offer parents an additional option for purchasing school uniform as we have set up an account with Tesco. You will still be able to buy uniform from the SPT shop on Garforth Main Street, but we felt it was only fair to give parents another option.
For every item of clothing purchased from Tesco the school will receive 5% towards schools funds, which will go towards providing our children with additional items not covered by our school budget.
If you wish to have a look at the site to see what is available just log on to Tesco.com, using the link. It’s all very straight forward, and potentially both our parents and the school have something to gain by purchasing through this site.
Please note uniform cannot be bought directly through school.
If you have any uniform/PE kit that is still in good condition we always welcome spare clothes in school, particularly in smaller sizes. Please bring any donations to the school office.
