Parent Gym is a series of friendly, judgement-free classes designed to support parents and offer guidance for dealing with some of the many challenges of parenthood. Groups are run in small groups in which parents can offer one-another mutual support and share ideas.
Examples of things with which Parent Gym might help are:
- establishing routines
- managing challenging behaviour
- building relationships
