Thank you to all members of our school community for their calm and measured response to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Over the course of the past few months, we have been blessed with overwhelming support and a large number of kind, understanding and encouraging messages. As ever, Strawberry Fields Primary School can be proud of its children, families and staff.
As of January 5th 2021, the school will be closed to the majority of pupils until we are advised by the government and local authority that it is safe to reopen more widely. We will be offering childcare to the children of critical workers and to vulnerable children. Our staff will be working hard to provide childcare and education to those in school, as well as a good mix of remote learning activities for those at home, which will include a mix of independent learning tasks, work-packs, short tuition videos shared via Dojo, 'live' class sessions using 'Zoom', and online links.
Our priority remains supporting the health and mental well-being of our children, families and staff. Communications relating to Covid-19 will be posted on this section of the website and sent via email. Please read the letters and emails from Mrs. Mumby to ensure you are kept up to date.
All our actions are guided by the official advice given by the government and the Department for Education, as well as the local authority. Official government advice can be found by following these links:

Finally, please take care of yourselves and one another during this ongoing crisis, especially those in our families and community who are most vulnerable.
