Our PE Vision
Strawberry Fields believes physical education is an essential part of a child’s educational development. Distinctive to other areas of the curriculum, physical education provides movement – centred and knowledge based activities for ALL students. The core components centre on movement and social interaction, allowing students to recognise the diversity of individual ability and participate with respectful conduct.
Developing a balanced program offering a variety of activities provides students an opportunity to develop acceptable fitness levels, a broad spectrum of skills and the knowledge necessary to use those skills for a lifetime of active participation.
“Positive participation in physical education will leave students with a legacy of success facilitating an active lifestyle.”

GIRLS FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT - MONDAY 3rd OCTOBER
On Monday 3rd October our girls' football team played in a tournament against other teams from local primary schools. Although we did not win any of our matches, the girls' performance improved noticeably from match to match. Their spirit, effort and sporting attitude were exemplary and they did our school proud. Congratulations to the tournament winners, Green Lane.
